Hizons Catering

Looking for a Caterer is one of the hardest thing to decide on. Well for me. You need to consider the quality of food and their ability and creativity to bring out your desired look for your reception. Good thing with Oasis, it's already included on our package, so all we have to do is to choose which accredited caterers passed our qualifications ;) Aside from the food Quality, one of my major concerns was the set up of the reception. As in from the centerpieces and the flowers and the candles that will be on the table, I should like it.We got the chance to experience several food tasting events hosted by some of the known Caterers in the country. But only Hizons and Josiah's battled in the end (well, for us :D) H2B and I even made a comparison questionnaire for the two -- we based it on the quality of their food (which both of them was good at) reception look, additional payments, managed buffet payments, alcoholic drinks and dessert bar. Good thing both Catering Services provided creative set ups :D

For Josiah's, they have good food and very creative reception look ideas, yun nga lang they have additional fees or upgrade fees that can reach for about 15k (1k per table). Though their designs are very simple kapag walang upgrade pero very basic. I'm looking for a supplier that can provide me the basic design I want without upgrading. Shempre dun na ko sa makakatipid, diba? But don't get me wrong, they have beautiful basic designs na din. Here's the sample:

And so we wen back to Hizons, we actually had the chance to attend 2 Grand Foodtasting that they offered. Of course, no doubt, Hizons can offer very good quality of food. ;) and for the designs, they have their catalogue which is the basic for them, you can tweak or add something nalang as long as they have the supplies.

 In the end, we chose Hizons. After a loooooooooong deliberation about it, we finally chose them. Why? #1 the quality of their food, #2 their ability to provide their client's set up and #3 our Sales Agent is really approachable, she was able to entertain all my questions and she was very polite.
